Tag Week: Blogging Community Tag

And here we are for the last tag of Tag Week! Honestly, guys, a part of me cannot believe I made it this far, lol. As much as I’ve enjoyed doing these tags and getting your comments, and as proud as I felt of myself for sticking with it, posting everyday is super difficult; I legitimately have no idea how other people do it. I mean, besides the work of writing, editing, and publishing the post, how do you even come up with topics? Seriously, though, ya’ll are amazing.

But to return to the point, the incredible Heather from Sometimes I’m a Story tagged me for the Blogging Community Tag weeks and weeks ago, and here I am, finally getting around to doing it. :)

Ze Rules:
Answer the seven questions.
Tag some bloggers (no particular number required).
Link back to Jo, the creator of the tag, because as Heather said, “that is just good manners.”
Include the above picture.

I’m just going to mention one for each question because I actually don’t read a ton of blogs. If I follow one, that means I intend to read almost every post they do after the date that I follow and awesome as these blogs are, that gets really really time-consuming, lol. So sadly, I just don’t have the time to follow a ton of blogs because I’m one of those people who, if they decide to do something--reading a blog included--they go hard with it.

Anyway, on to the post

Bloggers Who Are Incredibly Dedicated:
Cait from Paper Fury: I’m not sure she actually has a blogging schedule, but every time I visit, she seems to have a new post up, lol. And--whether reviews, rants, tags, or something in between--they’re always bursting with her unique personality and voice, and always hilarious, yet often thought-provoking at the same time.

Bloggers With Beautiful Blog Designs
Alea from Elvish Pens, Fantastical Writings: ASDFGHJKL, HER BLOG DESIGN IS LITERALLY THE PRETTIEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. Seriously, it is gorgeous. But what are you doing taking my word for it? Go check it out for yourself ;)

Bloggers With Brilliant Reviews
Ally from The Scribbling Sprite:  Ally's super cool. Her reviews are so thorough and interesting, and she really makes you want to read the books. Like I said yesterday, you're TBR will grow so much, you'll likely never finish it in your lifetime, but hey, that’s just what being a book drunkard is all about. ;)

Bloggers Who Are Deep And Thoughtful:
Heather from Sometimes I’m a Story: Like I said yesterday, Heather has some pretty unique perspectives, on well, everything. Her posts aren’t always deep, perse, but they’re definitely thought-provoking. I even told my parents about the Inside Out one, and we had a nice discussion about what our driving emotions would be according to her assessment of the movie. It was quite fascinating.

Bloggers Who Are Just Plain Enjoyable To Read:
Koko from His Little Elephant: So Koko’s blog is a pretty new discovery for me, but it’s genuinely awesome. She’s really funny and really sweet and I love her unique way of writing, like when she talked about the different POVs used in books. I just started following, so I haven’t read too many of her posts, but I really look forward to seeing more of her. :)

Bloggers With a Great Sense of Humor:
Aimee from To The Barricade: Again like I said yesterday, Aimee just might be the funniest person ever. I’m pretty sure every post I’ve read from her has made me laugh out loud, whether from her brilliant use of sarcasm, genius use of gifs, or both.

Bloggers Who Inspire Me:
Chard from 101 Ways to Cook Rice and Beans: Chard is another one of those brilliant geniuses who somehow manages to post just about everyday. He talks about a lot of different stuff--everything from money to God to school to sex--he always presents a very Godly and very hilarious point of view, and almost every one of his posts inspires me to live better and win while young. He’s literally one of my favorite bloggers ever.

And that’s the tag! Seriously, there are so many more bloggers that I love and I talked about a couple more of them yesterday, so if you want more awesomeness from others, be sure to check that post out too. I tag everybody mentioned above but if you don’t feel like it doing it, no big. Just wanted to let you know you’re amazing!

Also, this is the last tag of Tag Week! Next week, Summer Snowflakes officially returns to its normal schedule. Hope you guys have enjoyed this!

Final note, and then I’ll get out of the way, so you can comment: I hope I didn’t forget any tags, because I almost feel like I was tagged for more but I can’t remember any others. :p So. If you tagged me for another one, please let me know in the comments, and I will do my best to get to it next month. :)

  1. Tag week has been super fun! I love all the kind things you have to say about these awesome bloggers. :D I also find Cait incredibly dedicated (and dude; hers is high maintenance because, like 66% of her blog posts are book reviews which she had to do reading and writing for), and I do become curious by Ally's reviews. I don't think anyone can deny Aimee's sense of humor! And thanks for mentioning me. :) Again, I hope I keep living up to the reputation—but also you discussed something inspired by my post with your parents? o.O Now I feel all excited but weirded out too. I don't talk to my parents about blogging. XD Thanks for doing the tag, Alexa!

    1. Thanks! And yeah, that's true! Her blog would be pretty high maintenance!

You're welcome! Haha, well, at my house, we tend to have a lot of random, kinda deep conversations like that, so it ended up fitting. :)

Oh goodness, yes. As soon as I saw the "great sense of humor" line I immediately had a feeling Aimee was going to be there. She's too great.

Ah yes, now I have a lovely list of new blogs to check out. :D

    1. Haha, that's actually not mine! I found it on Ally's blog, and I think (could be wrong), but I /think/ it's from Anne of Green Gables.

      Lol, yup! Isn't she?

Sweet! Hope you love 'em all!

    2. It is from Anne of Green Gables! I can quote it by heart."I am simply a book drunkard. Books hold the same irresistible temptation for me as liquor does for its devotee. I cannot withstand them." More or less, I think that's what she says. :D

  8. ME TOO; I only follow about ten or less blogs because, like you, when I follow a blog, I follow it hard. XD *h5* BUT OH MY GOSH. I was so excited to see my name amongst these fabulous, amazing bloggers. :") Thank you so much for tagging me, Alexa! I have thoroughly enjoyed Tag Week; good on you for sticking with it, by the way! :D
