I’ve been listening to a lot of covers lately. Honestly, I don’t remember how it started; I think I stumbled across a video by Kurt Hugo Schneider one day, hit it (because why not?), loved it, hit a related video... and just kinda kept on from there.

In the past couple months since then, I’ve discovered there are a lot of insanely talented people all over YouTube. Like seriously, wow. Some of these guys are even better than the “real” Hollywood artists, and I love these two in particular (though I also love Kelly Clarkson; don't get me wrong), and their unique takes on popular songs have been an awesome background for me to listen to, sometimes while writing, other times just going about my daily life.

Ooh, this is a *good* cover! :O I've heard the original song before and it's so catchy - this is just as good! :D Argh, you are so right; some cover-ers (XD) are INCRED. I don't actually specifically follow any people who do covers, but I am often searching for covers on YouTube of certain songs. :D And oh my goodness... I know. O_o I could be on YouTube for hours. XP Do you have any favourite people who do covers?

Wow. This is...good. That girl's got a powerful voice! :) I like this!
