I love this song. It’s just so sad, so beautiful, so inspiring you just can’t help but adore it.

The Call is from the Prince Caspian movie soundtrack, and that’s where I first heard it. I kinda liked it then, but I was a kid, like ten or eleven, so I didn’t think that much about it. Towards the end of last year, though, when I was working on some poems for a contest, I started listening to the song more because it really fit the prompt for the poems, Memories. From there, I pretty much fell in love.

Very much like these two. I'll do a shipping post about them sometime.

I haven’t listened to any of her other songs, but from this one, I can tell Regina has a very nice voice. And whoever wrote the song (don’t know if it was her or not) certainly has a talent for lyrics. As far as I’m concerned, The Call is simply the song for painful goodbyes.

  1. This is definitely one of my favorite songs--but I'm just the opposite. This is one of my favorite songs because it makes me so happy. It's like... neverendingness. It's passion and hope all in one.

As for sad songs, I like listening to songs by Heather Dale. They're all very haunting, and kind of scary.

    1. I never thought about it that way, but you bring up a good point. There's definitely hope in this song.
