His Little Elephant: Considering I put one of hers in almost every Posts of the Week post, you guys probably already know how much I love Koko's site. But seriously, she's fantastic, her posts are always so full of love and uplifting messages, and she's literally my favorite faith-life blogger. So. I'll kindly nudge you again to visit her if you haven't already :)

Win While Young: Who doesn't want to win and while they're young, no less? Chard's blog contains mostly financial and faith + college lifestyle tips, and since he just graduated from college debt-free, I'd say the man knows what he's talking about.

Oh, How I Wander: I'm not really sure how to describe Safah's blog, but the first word that comes to mind is "lovely." From art journals to poetry (which I suppose is sort of bookish) to a dash of lifestyle blogging, everything about her site is absolutely gorgeous.

The YouTubes
So technically YouTube is one site, but also technically, my life is entirely consumed with bookish/writing related things. So. I’m gonna go by YouTube channels and pretend that each one is a separate website.

Mark Crilley: This guy is amazing. His time lapse videos alone are reason to hit subscribe, but besides that, he's a great teacher plus he's really funny.

Blimey Cow: I love these people. They are absolutely hilarious, and almost every one of their videos is gold. They have a brilliant style of sarcasm, poking fun at societal and religious conventions; but at the end of the day, they really do make you think, and IMO, people who can make you think and guffaw simultaneously are some of the most brilliant there are.

V3 Dance: Fun fact, guys: I love to dance--in the privacy of my room behind locked doors where absolutely no one can see me--and I love to watch dance videos. This group is super talented, plus they dance to all Christian songs. I'm really not sure it gets much better than this.

Anthem Lights: I <3 them. But you already knew that. (If you don't remember, I refer you to this post and this one and this one). Also, if you search my blog with the keywords Anthem Lights, I’m pretty sure you'll find like 8 more posts.

Haley Klinkhammer: She is so talented and she has the most goegeousest voice. I shall prove it to you.

The George Twins: These two are also singers, but my favorite part of their channel is the GT in the GT's. They're just so funny and honest and real and I can't help but adore them. <3 The videos and the boys.

Netflix:
I think this one is pretty self-explanatory.

  1. Blimey Cow is just amazing. I've been watching them for a few years and I absolutely adore them. The sarcasm is blinding in those videos. I haven't heard of any of the other ones, but I'll have to check them out. I also really like the vlogbrothers, it's a YouTube channel between John Green and his brother, Hank. They are really deep and thoughtful and funny and informative and entertaining. A++. Thanks for visiting The Endless Oceans of my Mind!

  7. I do enjoy Blimey Cow sometimes... Unfortunately, I've felt like they've been trying to make a few big statements that were founded on their own emotions and left open big gaps where they should have looked up some of the facts and that sort of made me sad about them. I used to really admire them all the time. But they remain amusing sometimes, and I suppose that is the best one can ask for.

    1. Hmm, I think that's been true for a few of their videos, but for the most part, I always thought they did pretty well. I can understand that feeling, though, in the ones that I thought weren't exactly accurate.

  8. BLIMEY COWWWW. I really like that channel. It's my favourite Christian channel on YouTube. And I remember Mark Crilley from my Manga drawing days. I gave up on it because I didn't have much time.

And SAME. I used to love manga--still do, actually--but I just don't have as much time for drawing anymore. :/
