No interesting stories this week: babysitting went fine, my siblings didn’t kill me, and neither did that last test. So, yeah. That’s about it. You can read stuff now.

Your Handicaps by Chard. In which he speaks the truth about these handicaps and their lies.

The Perfect Body by Riley. Nice reminder everyone needs every once in a while: your outward appearance does not matter.

A Very Helpful Writer’s Block Pep-Talk by Aimee. This post is a couple weeks old, but Aimee’s humor is timeless, the gifs are perfection, and her advice is very helpful.

Is Fear Holding You Back? by Mrs. Morrill. A very good question, with a very interesting answer.

How To Promote (and take advantage of) Free eBooks by Mrs. Williamson. Great post if you've got an ebook to promote or you're looking for some new free reads.

The Beauty of Words by Ally. Lovely post with some nice new words I need to use sometime.

(Late) Beautiful People Siblings Tag by Rebecca. Yes, I shared this one on Thursday. We talk about our babies, okay?

Why I Hate Myers-Briggs (A Little) by Heather. Funny post with a fine point: like your body, your personality type doesn’t define you.

Now, read everyone! Do something awesome for your moms tomorrow, and I shall see you Monday!

  1. Thanks for sharing, Alexa. :) I know I really liked Aimee's discussion, and Jill Williamson's advice about sharing eBooks was also good, not that I have eBooks of my own to share, y'know... maybe someday! And, of course, thanks for sharing my post. It's always appreciated.

  2. Those are some cool posts! Love Ally's, words are so awesome.... ah, the glee I felt when I realized that busyness was actually a word!! Mrs. Morrill's post brought to mind the whole active writing versus passive- I find it both hard and fun to remember to write actively. xD

    1. Haha, "busyness" is a good one.
And yeah, that can be a tough one to remember, but it certainly makes your writing more fun to read. :)
