This isn’t exactly a writing song, but yesterday was Resurrection Sunday (aka Easter), and I wanted to post a song that talked about the real reason for the season (which, as great as they are, has nothing to do with chocolate bunnies).

This song, along with the poem given in the middle, is one of the most beautiful explanations for Easter, the most touching declarations of God’s love that I have ever heard. Christian or not, I encourage you to listen. It just might make all the difference in you.
