Hiya!
- Alexa Mintah
- Alexandria, better known as Alex or Alexa, is a strange Christian-fangirl-YA-writer medley tucked away in an undisclosed location in Virginia. She loves creating worlds out of keystrokes, discovering adorable ships (platonic or romantic), and becoming besties with clever characters who wow her with love and brilliance. When only half spellbound by her many worlds of words, she can be found working amongst the stacks in her local library.
I love your update - it's so nice hearing a bit of what's going on in your life, and tbh, I don't care that your comments come from three month old posts. I LOVE IT! It makes me so happy that people are still reading stuff from that far back. And thanks so much for linking to my posts. Also, I can't wait to hear how your Calendar Journaling goes ;) And wow - you linked some intriguing posts there . . . time to go check them all out ;D

Well, thank you so much; I'm glad to know that!
DeleteAnd you're welcome!
I've actually just been writing down something special that happened in the day as opposed to actually doing it on a calendar, but thanks, it's going well! I've missed a few days this month, but I'm trying to keep up. :)
Hope you enjoyed them!
Thanks for featuring me! I should really check out some of these other posts.
ReplyDeleteNo problem! Hope you enjoy the other posts!
DeleteI, too, have been guilty of just not writing at all in the past few months. It made me feel kind of guilty and like I wasted so much time. So writing more in 2019 is definitely one of my goals, too. Like you said, even if I don't spend hours a day writing, just writing for a few minutes counts for something. (And it's more than I've been doing. xD)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for featuring my post! I'm definitely going to have to check out some of the others you linked to as well.

Same! I think of how much progress I could've made, but it's hard to get up the motivation now that I'm out of the habit. I'm gonna keep trying though!
DeleteYou're welcome! Hope you enjoy the other posts!
Your back! I missed you so much! Sounds like you had a really good break. Spending time with family is the best!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing my posts! I really appreciate it. <3
Aw, thank you so much! I've missed being on here, posting, and reading everyone's posts!
DeleteI did thanks! And you're 100% welcome! :D <3
Ahh I like this post so much! I've really struggled to keep up with the blogging community in the last year, and I'm not sure where I'm going with book blogging tbh. At the present, I'm cherishing every moment with my family before I cross the oceans and have to not see them for at least a year (aaaAAA). I also want to write more this year, and fint ways to manage my time. Anyway, I loved the way you expressed yourself in this post. Nice to hear from you again, Alexa :)
ReplyDeleteThank you!! I don't know exactly what I'm going to be posting this year either, but I'm hoping to get a few different ideas up--and regularly, this time, lol
DeleteOh, wow, that is a huge change! I'd cherish my time with them as well!
Thank you so much!!! I'm glad you enjoyed it. :D
You're back, nice! I guess picture books would do me some good but my tbr has already exploded so rip tbr.
ReplyDeleteI dunno. The blogging community has changed so much. When I first started, it was so easy to catch up with everything and now it sometimes feels like a chore and I kinda hate that :(
And as for writing, I need to keep up with that.
Hey! And same, mine is SO HUGE right now, I just try not to think too hard about it and simply read the next book. :p
DeleteYeah, it can be hard when you make it a thing you have to do. Like I used to feel that I had to read EVERY post put out by EVERY blogger I followed. I've accepted now though that I'm just not going to keep up with everything, but I want to try to do at least a bit better than I have and check in more regularly.
Same!
